We believe athletes of all ages and abilities can reach their potential using the 80/20 training method, first proposed by Dr. Stephen Seiler and popularized by Matt Fitzgerald. We also believe consistency is the biggest boost to performance and running longevity. We teach you how to train for the long haul.

Our Services

Custom Plans & 1 on 1 Coaching

We provide 1-on-1 Run Coaching tailored to your skill level and goals. This includes Unlimited access to your Coach, Monthly Calls, Custom Race Plans and Checklists, as well as Strength & Mobility Routines and Nutrition Guidelines. Additionally, we create Custom Training Plans, for any distance on the road or trail, and for all levels of experience.

As an ultrarunner with years of experience and a passion for helping others achieve their running goals, I have honed my skills as an effective running coach. My name is Bill Robb, and I have dedicated countless hours to studying the science and art of running, allowing me to provide expert guidance to runners of all levels.

I firmly believe that a successful coaching relationship is built on trust, communication, and a shared love of the sport. I take the time to get to know each of my clients personally, understanding their unique strengths, weaknesses, and goals. By tailoring training plans and offering personalized feedback, I am able to help runners reach new levels of performance and endurance.

One of the things that sets me apart as a running coach is my own experience as an ultrarunner. I have tackled challenging races, from 50 to 100 miles, pushing my body and mind to the limit. This firsthand knowledge allows me to offer practical advice and support to my clients as they navigate their own running journeys.

In addition to my coaching expertise, I am also an avid reader, constantly seeking out new information and research to stay at the forefront of the running world. This dedication to learning and growth ensures that my coaching methods are always evolving and improving.

Hello everyone, my name is Andrew. I, along with Coach Bill, recently founded AZ Endurance with the goal of helping runners train more efficiently in a fun, sustainable manner.

I am an @8020endurance and @rrcanational certified coach based in Scottsdale, AZ 🌵While I enjoy racing periodically, I love the day-to-day foundation runs, structured workouts, long adventures, and cross-training activities that contribute to a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle. My personal mantra is “enjoy the process” - because if we’re not having fun out there (save for an inevitable lackluster workout here and there), what are we doing?

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 I am married to Amy, who is the Director of hair color and educator for a global salon and academy and have a son (Aidan) and daughter (Ava)

💻 I am a digital marketer with nearly two decades of experience

🚴I lead a casual, no-drop group ride about once a month called The Coffee Ride, which is open to all abilities (you can join the Strava group to stay up-to-date on future rides via a link in our bio)

It has been amazing to see what our athletes have accomplished in the short time AZ Endurance has existed. We attribute this to relying on a science-based approach to training practiced by the vast majority of elite endurance athletes, and proven to work for almost anyone, regardless of training volume, age or expertise.
